Our company consists of two division that focus on two different property market. Subsale Division focus is on secondary property market or sub-sales property. Meanwhile, Project Division focuses on the primary property market or under construction project.
SUBSALE DIVISION
Secondary Division is open to anyone who wants to start their journey in estate industry as a FULL-TIME Real Estate Negotiator only. In real estate, we have over 30 years of experience to guide and partner with you. We have programmes and courses available to every real estate negotiator, whether you are a senior agent or just getting started.
Sale, purchase and letting of all types of real estate ranging from vacant lands and individual houses to high-rise office blocks, shopping complexes, industrial buildings, development lands, and plantations.
Real Estate Negotiator
Requirement and Qualification :
- Above 18 years of age AND below 45 years of age only
- Minimal SPM/STPM qualification
- Computer literate
- Possesses initiative to learn
- Good communication skills
- Sales experience preferable
Responsibilities:
- To source and list properties for sale, rental and investment
- To present, negotiate and close the sale and rentals of properties
- To follow through with the transaction and offer value-added services to clients
- Commission based
- We provide full office support, advertising and on the job training.
PROJECT DIVISION
We have been appointed by the developer to sell under construction property (new development project). You can join us to sell their project as a full-time or part-time Marketing Consultant.
Real Estate Negotiator
Requirement and Qualification :
- Above 18 years of age
- Minimal SPM/STPM qualification
- Computer literate
- Possesses initiative to learn
- Good communication skills
- Sales experience preferable
Responsibilities:
- To participate in Project Marketing for developers for sales of new development
- To market property listing provided by project marketing department only
- To present, negotiate and close under construction properties deal
- To follow through with the transaction until the signing of Sales and Purchase Agreement
- Commission based
- We provide full office support, advertising and on the job training.
